The Only Series

The only series which Shakuntala Devi(She had no higher formal education like some of great scholars of history) could solve(I learnt from her informal student at Madras) and no other could yet.
This series doesn't obey T/C/M/F expansion formuale's.
Till yet no Dr in Math(as i contacted many of them) could find how it exists but it does definitely.

Sometimes formal education stamps a question mark that can IQ be cheated on the basis of formal education?
I am sure that PPSC/FPSC/NTS heads/board members can solve this!
