These codes are gruadually changed by Department of Defence gradually by specific techniques.
These codes were used worldwide as they are subject to change so few of them are changed now and few are still in use.

21U - Separation for failure to demonstrate adequate potential for promotion
202 - Expiration of term of enlistment

These are availble on internet its not important by how they are changed is IMPORTANT and few hundreds in the world know how they are changed.
Whenever they are changed they are changed by CRCG method.
