Merit Criteria Of Lecturers

Matric_______10 %FA__________10%Ma and Ba___ 50%Test And Interview_____30%It is said that this is the Criteria but Friends My Question is this Whether Percentage Of The Marks Of Different Degrees (Matric To Ma) will be Taken or On the basis Of 1st Div and 2nd Division marks will be GivenPlease Guide Me About This ,How marks are Divided??????

Dear Waqas it is very simple thing that if in Matric you have secured 70%marks then in the merit of Lecturer 7 marks would be included.Similarly,if in Intermediate you have secured 55% then for Lecturer 5.5 marks would be included.

salam,please guide me if somebody has 3rd div b.a n 2nd div m.a english from punjab university... is he eligible for pcs lectureship?

u can get your percentage as under obtained marks/total marks multiplied by 10 562/850*10 equal to 7 and thus for m.a n b.a put 25 in place of 10 in the formula. as u hv to get 50% from ma and b.a. so 50% comes out when u take 25 from m.a and 25 from b.a obtained marks. Regards, Mehreen.
