Voter fraud: 37 million bogus votes in new voter lists

Post by muhammadmohsinali »

Baluchistan had the highest rate of fake voters during the 2008 general election, according to findings from the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).Election Commission of Pakistan excluded 37.1 million suspected voters from the electoral rolls and the new electoral roll is composed of more than 87.2 million voters. The Secretary ECP Ishtiak Ahmad Khan issued details from headquarter of Election Commission of Pakistan on 24-09-2011.Ishtiak Ahmad Khan said the ECP handed over its database of Electoral Rolls-2007 to NADRA on 11th February 2011 for verification of voters against their database. NADRA reported back on 05/03/2011 that out of 81 Million voters registered in Final Electoral Rolls 2007, 44 Million voters were verified against CNIC database whereas approximately 37 Million voters were not verified which was made public by the ECP through a press release dated 8th March 2011. After deletion of these 37 million unverified voters from the Draft Electoral Rolls, 2011, NADRA added 36 million who had obtained CNIC after preparation of Electoral Rolls-2007. NADRA can provide evidence from its database with regard to 37 Million unverified voters as well as 36 Million voters who have been added into the Draft Electoral Rolls, 2011. The Secretary ECP drew attention to section 26 of the Electoral Rolls Act 1974 according to which “An Electoral Roll shall not be invalid by reason of any mis-description of a person enrolled thereon or of omission of the name of any person to be so enrolled or of inclusion of the name of any person not so entitled”. Therefore, the Electoral Rolls, 2007 will remain intact until the electoral rolls being revised are finally published in 2012 by the Election Commission of Pakistan. In this regard, the ECP is now releasing district wise details of NADRA augmented record which, along with verified record of Final Electoral Rolls – 2007, has resulted in Draft Electoral Rolls (DER), 2011, as per attached list which is also available at the ECP website www.ecp.gov.pk. Secretary ECP said that 41 percent voters of Punjab are declared suspected and exclude 15.7 million votes from 40.5 million listed votes. He said 77 percent voters of Sindh are declared as suspected and excluded 10.5 million votes from 15.7 million listed votes. The ECP also excluded over 2.7 million votes from the registered 4.2 million votes of Baluchistan; which make 65 percent of total votes. The ECP declare 46 percents votes of Khyber Pakhtunkhwah as suspected and excluded over 14 million votes from the a total of 80.1 million votes. The ECP also excluded 0.7 million votes from 0.12 million listed voters of FATA; 62 per cent of total vote, meanwhile the ECP also added more than 36 million new votes. It is worth mentioning here that the old electoral list was composed of over 81 million votes while the new list is composed of more than 87.2 million votes. The 2007 electoral rolls were an updated version of lists compiled by the ECP for elections held in the 90s and 2002.The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued details of bogus votes in the new voter lists. Statistics from around the country are alarming. Larkana, the hometown of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, had 484,727 fake entries against 240,762 genuine registered voters who could be verified. The town had a total of 725,489 registered voters. The district of Multan, from where Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s stalwart Makhdoom Javed Hashmi were elected to the National Assembly, had 1.16 million bogus entries out of a total 2.2 million registered voters.Karachi had more seats than any other city in the national and provincial legislatures, and a total of 6.6 million registered voters. Only 3.9 million could be verified. A glaring 2.7 million entries had been fake.Similarly, Lahore, Pakistan’s second largest city and capital of most populous province Punjab had a total of 3.7 million registered voters. Among them 2.1 million have been declared genuine and the remaining 1.6 million could not be verified.Islamabad, the capital and considered the most developed city in the country, was not free of electoral fraud. Out of the total 482,548 registered voters, 153,965 were bogus entries. Peshawar had a total of 1.2 million registered voters. Of these, 610,197, just over half, were fake. Quetta had a total of 652,799 registered voters. Among these, 323,837 could not be verified as genuine registered voters.A glance at statistics from the province does not reflect well on the electoral process. In Killa Abdullah there were total of 387,823 registered voters and only 70,820 could be verified. In Kech, of the 218,953 registered voters only 84,500 were legitimate. In Loralai there were 226,658 registered voters, of which a meagre 52,657 could be verified. Of Jaffarbabad’s 391,608 registered voters, only 98,919 were not bogus. The legitimacy of our current government has been severely questioned by recent findings that almost half of the entries in voter lists at the last election were fake. The startling facts emerged as the ECP and NADRA were preparing new voter lists based on computerised national identity cards (CNICs). Discrepancies emerged between the electoral rolls used for last general election and succeeding by-polls held so far. The findings make uneasy reading for the incumbent national and provincial legislatures. The electoral system has been uncovered as falling well short of fair democratic standards.

TO day my question is that. DID you think After the cancellation of the voter list WHY illegal government stands 41 percent representatives of Punjab are bogus.77 percent representatives of Sindh are bogus.65 percent of representatives of Baluchistan are bogus.46 percents votes of Khyber Pakhtunkhwah are bogus.62 per cent of total voters of FATA are bogus.I raise a question why Supreme Court did not take suo moto action against this fraud rather than some petty issues. No party in the country go to court to dislodge this illegal government.ANSWERSIn my opinion the Cursed Establishment is not ready to give the basic rights to peopleEvery party has links with the establishment.Establishment try its level best to protect the Zardari regime( he is serving his best to allow the USA to kill the innocent people.Establishment is on pay roll of USA.

Among 37 Million bogus voters, there are a no. of persons having dual votes both at their present & permanent addresses. This time the dual vote factor was minimised by using Computarized Voting Lists...
