Age relexation for Disable

in PMS 2016 Disable candidate have 10years age relexation, it means they can apply 28+10=38years age, am i right?

Apparently, it seems that age relaxation would be exercised as 28+10=38. Apart from that you can also contact and consult at following contact numbers or email addresses:

can a serving person.(contract base).in the govt of the punjab apply for pms ...??? Age above 28...??? seniors [please guide
