Kindly let me know that four year govt service shall be calculated from;

1- Date of joining the govt service to closing date of advertisement

OR

2- Date of joining the govt service to 1-Jan-XXXX

Advertisement for PMS Exam contains that;

The cut off date for determining the eligibility as far as age is concerned shall be the 1st January 2014. However, the candidate must fulfill and complete all other pre-conditions/qualifications for the examination as given in this advertisement

Dear as your age is 28 plus before the joining of Govt. Job, so you are unable to apply for PMS . No doubt you have right of age relaxation but that relaxation would start after your appointment.In fact your question is very complicated. I agree that cut off date for PMS exam application always remains 1st of January **** .For more clarification I request senior members for solution of this complexity. I also advise you to consult PPSC HQ.
