Assalamu alaikum Dear Naveed bhai/Abbasian and all respected admins and Mods
How the merit of Lecturers will be formed ?
I mean to what extent MATRIC/inter/Graduation marks/grades will affect the merit??

Academic marks 40(for example a candidate having first divsn in his academic record wil get 34 marks) highest first divission (marks 70 to80percnt) will get 36 to 38
Max 10 marks are allotted for higher qualification i.e. m.Phil/Ph.D. etc
50 percent written test
interview 100 marks
total 200

brother Naveed bhai I have respectively obtained 83%, 81%, 73% and 55% in 10th/F.A/B.A & M.A.
How many should i get in M.C.Qs paper to fulfill the merit of Pol sci lecturer??

Plz mention the medium of MCQs Paper Political Science (English or Urdu)???? books available in market are in Urdu.....
also suggest any good book for above mentioned subject.

Naveed bhai.agr whole academic record ma two 2nd divisions hn then how many chances of selection????
Aur urdu ka papr ks language ma ho ga.???

Naveed bhia and abbasian sir, plz mra merit to calculate kr k btaen. 71%, 63%, 56%, 63% in SSC, ICS, BSC, MCS respectively.

Bro, jis terha ka question aap ker rahay ho aap ki 3 aani chahye thi 2nd division.

Urdu ka paper bhai urdu mein hi hoga.
