1.How many marks in MCQ test are needed to qualify in interview of Lecturer?
2. The candidates having 2nd divisions will not be called for interviews if they get good marks in MCQ test??

1 seat pe 5 candidates ko interview me call kiya jata he, agar 50 seats hen to top 250 candidates call hon ge, academic record k 40 marks hen, agr tamam 1st div hen to zyada marks milen ge, agr koi 1 2nd div he to phi 32 ya 34 tk milte hen, Mphil PhD k 10 marks alag hen, interview k 100 marks hen jo k sb se zyada roll ada krta he

1. Lecture ki seat k keay test purely subject related hota jus ki waja se merit thora down rehta comparetivly general knowledge paper so merit remains between 65 to 75

It is reality that 2nd divisioners Qualification or Accademic marks me thora pechy reh jaty hen jis ki waja se ya tu last merit pe hoty hn ya pher nhe ho paty becoz semester system me or annual me grading ka diffrence hota jjiska effects annual system walo pe hota hy jab k FPSC just interview or tast scire ki base pe selection krti hy...

no marks for M.phil/phd...I had appeared in SS interview...they took only matric to masters original record to check..saying that no need to show m.phil as it was not pre-requisite... I was on the top in the final result

ppsc ke interviews ke dhakay kha kha ker thak gaya hun mein.
reason annual system me parhne ki waja se second divisions hain overall.
sari he seats semester system me parhne walay first division holders ppsc ki lay jate hain.
even mene kafi written test me top bhi keya tha,magar interview me sirf first division waly or A grades walon ko he highest marks day kar select kar liya jata hai.
punjab uni ki 3 degrees hain mere pass, magar still jobless.but not hopeless
