Weekend cheers dears especially Abbasin, Jazi & other respected guys, I request you on behalf my few friends who don't have acquittence with computer/internet. Kindly brief note on the selection criteria of PPSC like the share of "Exams Marks+Academic Marks+Interview Marks" for final selection. Those guys are dear to me and they are often obsessed by their low grades/division... Hopefully your assistance can lessen their worries and enhance their confidence. Best wishes

Re: Selection Criteria of PPSC
i think academics does'nt matter alott on final recomendations.
the most important thing is interview.
because for these type of general posts mostly average students joins the race. toppers likes to go for css or pms or grow in their field of study.
me also an average student having second div in bsc but recommended for sub inspector in punjab police recently. my interview was so good.
so dont think that you can not qulify ppsc only because you have low grades. have faith in ALLAH ALMIGHTY one day you will get success.
these are my personal views may be somone have diff thinking ...

Abbasian bhai kindly tell us the formula of final selection for ADPP by ppsc. Does they count the academic qualifications or not in the final merit ? 100 marks of interview in which one has to get 50% to qualify. Does academic marks will include in this merit or not ?

Re: Selection Criteria of PPSC
No marks for academic qualification.
there is an interview of 100 marks out of which 50% is necessary to qualify
