i have done msc sociology and i read many subjects one of them is Gender Studies

Can you please elaborate the difficulty level of new css syllabus of the subject gender studies ? i want to know in how much time it can be covered well and any book recommendation ?

Very interesting outline..no need of any book as these r general topics...depends on ur interest...i think a month is more than enough..as its a discipline of sociology so its difficult to get max.marks......

person without its background surely need a book or some other material ..

ohh...if this is the case,then i would advice u to drop this subject and search for another one.....coz without having any background of a subject would make it impossible to cover several topics wd a single book..
