PPSC walo k suggessions ki tab ma ya suggesion deny walo ma aik ma bhi ho k .... at the least candidates ko unky marks to maloom hony chahiya k what they have done and what is left to be done .... yahi k unhain kitini mahnat or karny ki zaroorat ha ..... bohat acha kiya a very good step for moderate and weak type of candidates .... like me.............

yeh sara kamaal ppsc ke chairman sahib ka hai,
jabse woh aye hain tabse ppsc ne recruitment process tez kar diya hai.
humari country ko aisay he hard working logon ki zarorat hai.
warna pehle ppsc me requisition milne ke 3 mah baad job advertise hoti thi,6 mah baad papers hotay they 6 mah baad written aur interview ka result ata tha is tarha 1 ya dairh saal lag jata tha finally select honay mein,isi waja se NTS jaisay private institute ne PPSC ki jaga lay li because woh result 1 week me day datay hain,
ab jabke ppsc ne bhi result dena tez kar diya hai tabse NTS per kum he jobs advertise hoti hain,bec NTS walay interview khud nahi laitay,jabke PPSC written test aur interview lay kar finally select kartay hain candidates ko within one month mein,
Allah kare ziyada seats wali jobs nikalein because in 5, 10, 15, 20 etc jobs per overall academic career me highest first division holders he select ho jatay hain, second division holders chahay jitne marzi achay marks lay len written test me,itni kum seats per koi second division holder select nahi ho pata, PPSC should also change its interview policy and it should be like interview policy of FPSC where academic record does not matter,they give jobs purely on the basis of interview and written test.

no doubt PPSC ke chairman "Lieutenant General Sajjad Akram (Rd) " is a very honest person.
even unhon ne muje ek interview me pass nahi keya tha laikin phir bhi me unki tareef karun ga,because unhon ne PPSC ko bohat achha bana diya hai.is se kafi jobless logon ko jobs mil rahi hain.meri Dua hai Allah Pak se ke PPSC walay apni interview related policy ko bhi review karen aur marks academic qualification and first division ki base per na diye jayein balke interview ki base per aur written test ki base per diye jayein.mene aisay log bhi PPSC me dekhay hain jo 6 se 10th time interview me pohanchay magar apni second divisions ki waja se interview me select nahi huey aur "Mehran Ali Tipu" jaisay chotay bachay jiski age 23 hai woh apne first interview me he just because of his first divisions in academic record select ho gaya aur 5th number per aya final result mein.is tarhan kae jobless logon ka haq mara jata hai.

Salman Bukhari Main aap ki is baat se 100% agree krta hun, mujhe khud same face krna para hay interviews mein..jesa k annual exam system or govt. universities mein division boht better nhi aa paati esey mein wo log interview mein select ho jate hain jinhon ne private universities(even not well reputed or non_affiliated) se semesters mein 1st division li hoti hay..written test or interview k marks ka greater portion hona chahiye..
