Out of some persons who filed writ petition for relaxation in upper age limit, are going to file writ in the Court that inspite of court's clear order for the grnat of 5 years relaxation, the govt. has given relaxation for 3 years only, which is the violation of court's order.

Sorry dear, your information is difficult to digest. The High Court in its orders said that it is the sole discretionary power of the secretary S & G Ad to grant the age relaxation or otherwise but he must have to use its power, in writting, prior to submitting the summery to PPSC. As he didn't, PPSC will have to re-advertise the PMS with a favourable view for the age relaxation. The court hasn't directed to grant the 5 year age relaxation. Even if PPSC advertise the PMS without giving any age relaxation, it would not violate any directives of the court. So the persons should indebted to PPSC for this 3 year age relaxition.

Dear members,No final date of any of these papers is decided yet.Chances are very high they will held in June.Most probably it is possible that PMS paper will held before the exams of Tehsil dar and Registrar cooperative societies.But dear one thing that no date is confirmed yet.( Sorry for very very late reply as i was away........)lot of members have many queries i will solve them InshAllah.
