I forget my one optional subject out of 3. Anyone help me?

Salam to all friends,I have applied for PMS in 2011. Due to this long period I have forget one of my optional subject out of 3. Is there anybody who help me in this matter.My detail is as:Abaid Ullah s/o Allah Ditta.CNIC# 3810115781045Roll no. for PMS# 24710.Thanks to all members.

Amna Ye old List hai .... is mein puranay candidates ky name hai .. Exams say kujh din pehlay he new and correct list aai gee and us mein aap ka name Insha Allah Zaroor ho ga .. So preshaan na hon and Apni tiyari par tawaja dooo
