sometimes ppsc calls 3 times more than vacancies, n sometime 5 times. no passing criteria. they will select only top 303 or top 505 candidates.

sohail sb! ye aap ne academic marks count kerne ka old criteria kahan se le liya?. janab arz ye hae k academic marks ki percentage count hoti hae divisions count nhi hoti. aor aap ne tou her kisi science discipline ko one mark extra de diya each degree mein, agr kisi ne m.a punjabi mein kiya hua ho tou zahir hae uski inter aor graduation mein science subjects nhi hon gay.asal mein recent wheigtage criteria for final selection ye hae:interview+written test = 30% matric= 10%inter= 10%graduation = 25%masters= 25%

+1 mean that, if someone have science subject. i told to all. not to a single person or to persons belonging to single subjects. i will not comment on new method. bcz i don't know abt that. last time in Subject specialist , this method was adopted, which i told u. ab change hogya ho to pata nhe.

last year in subject specialist test i cleared with 69 marks. then appeared in interview in may 2010.4 persons in pannel. mostly were discussed about development. inflation. and the situation in pakistan regarding both these problems and solutions.then somethings abt banks and foreign exchange . there were about 30 questions covering these topics.admin will never tell the exact criteria. i knew this all while sitting with the person which initialy verify he required documents. whatever the criteria is, its same for all.however its come to know that , if someone has gap between studies, etc. if gap between matric and inter is 3 years or between inter and grad. is 3 years or someone cleared in supplymentary exams. it doesn't give good impression. however they also have a close eye on the person's temparament and ability. n we hope that justice will be on the base of ability and exposure.

ITS TRUE THAT INTERVIEW ALWAYS TOUGH BUT IF YOU HAVE GOOD PREPARATION OF YOUR SUBJECT THEN IT BECOME EASY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION BECAUSE KNOWLEDGE GIVES YOU CONFIDENCE AND EDGE ON OTHER.SO PREPARE YOUR SELF MENTALLY FOR THE SITUATION AND SEARCH ON NET BEST INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES.
