During PMS Exams 2011 in June 2012, at BISE Lhr Exams Centre Candidates of Chemistry as optional paper had to walk out from their seats for an hour. because their paper 1 was about 70% out of the recommended syllabi for PMS. However, they were asked by Controller Exams that they should appear in Exams and they would be awarded GRACE MARKS in that paper. So, the candidates went back at their seats to give that paper. But the question is that whether any candidates has written proof of that statement of GRACE MARKS by Controller of Exams.???????????????????????????Do any aspirant have info related to this issue?

This is a very very sad news. In any competitive Exams merit making is far more important rather than just passing the paper. Unfortunately, such injustices are the order of the day with Pakistani youth who are supposed to run the country as an ideal state which is a mad man dream in a spoiled system.

Dear Ahmad..! It is not just about the Paper of Chemistry. The whole conduct of exam was a mess. The blunders committed by PPSC were floating on the surface. The exam was conducted in a great haste. It is hard even to imagine that any competitive exam can be conducted in such a scortching heat of June and extreme load shedding. Apart from it furniture and all adm facilities were pathetic. As far as the Syllabus and related issues are concerned it can be state about PPSC that "Kawa chala hans ki chal aur apni bhi bhool gya". PPSC brought changes in the syllabus and pattern in 2007-08 by imitating FPSC, but since inception, the whole policy was badly lacking in research. Syllabus was made without research for instance the syllabus of History, Sociology and many other subjects is boyond reason. On one had the minimum qualification is B.A second div whereas subject of engineering has been introduced. First of all, age limit was cut down without considering the fact the CCE and PMS is not conducted every year. If the real problem was the large number of application, it could have been hanldled by in creasing lower age limit to 24-25 and qualification to 16 years of education. Lastly, I would say it was just a day care not an exam. I would like to invite the kind attention of Khadim e Ala and Hon'able Chief Justice of Lahore High Court in this matter.
