For Tehsildar You have to secure 50% aggregate meaning 200 marks.Then competition will start those candidates who will top the merit get select for interview.But in case of other jobs such deputy accountant ASI same procedure is repeated.but no aggregate is needed you have to clear in your mind that if you top the the merit you will be selected for interview.if want go deeper i would like to say that if you want to get selected you have to secure more than 80% marks.
