Dear Farasat or any senior member plz guide us about labour law.For this portion which book should we use?Secondly in the syllabus portoin for the post of labour officer,it is mentioned that the English portion will comprise of fill in the blanks.plz guide in this regard as well.

Dear Haseeb,Some basics for labour laws are1. Worker should have attained the age of Maturity i.e:- 18 years, 2. A Minor (under 18) can work upto a maximum of 7 hrs a day or 42 hrs a week. 3. Paid Leaves max. upto 30 can be availed if a worker has 1year of consective service in the same organization. (14 Casual+16 Medical Leaves)4.
