Brother there is no panacea for securing good marks. With hard work one needs better luck also. For the preparation one needs to follow the following.

1. Carvan book for GK MCQs by Ahmad Najeeb.
2. Past Papers of PPSC test held in near past to be solved necessarily.
3. Keep yourself updated with current happening by making newspaper and news watching reading your habit.

This is how I have been preparing.
