First Class Bachelor's Degree??

I passed B.Sc (Computer Science) 2 Years by I.U.B Bahawalpur securing 56.37% marks. In this regard, question is that can i apply on "Computer Operator" BS-16 in 25-RM/2019 today's advertisement No. 10/2019.

Kindly answer this question please.
