Sir can u suggest me book for. Commerce paper 2....is commerce scoring or not??

Sorry I am not familiar with better book for commerce. However , it is certain that commerce is a good scoring subject.

Most of the seniors believe that eventually the court would have to concede to the demand of writ petitioners and the decision would be in the favour of age relaxation. In such a case there would be a re-advertisement. If it happens so , the exam may get delayed till the end of 2014. PPSC usually uses schools as centre for exam of PMS and school are either available in Summer vacations or in winter holidays of December. Therefore , if exams get delayed from August , they would be held in December.
Note :This is what most of the seniors think , keeping in view the past experience of PMs exams.

In PMS usually conventional type of easy topics are given. If you see you past paper of 2012 , the same trend would be observed. Therefore , one should be prepared about:
Terrorism or Intolerance.
Dialogue is the solution or Deterence.
Democracy , causes of it's failure , How it can be strengthened in Pakistan.
Devolution of Power.
Good Governance the panacea of all illnesses.
Power of media with responsibility.
Women empowerment and gender equality.
Corruption.
Energy Crisis
Globalisation.
Education a motor for change.
Pakistan 's geo strategic location ; blessing as well as challenges.
United Nations , Failures and Success.
I believe if one is prepared on these topics , essay won't be out of these. One or more topics in essay paper would be from these. I dont say that the statements would be like this. But the issue and the broader topics would be these.

There are not even remote chances of the change of Scheme of Syllabus for PMS in near future. For CSS, the changes have been made after the lapse of almost thirty years. On the contrary, the new scheme of Syllabus for PMS was revised in 2009 and there are not even least prospects of the revisiting of the syllabus at least for PMS 2015. Therefore, those who have to appear in PMS 2015, prepare for the upcoming PMS keeping in view the already working syllabus and paper pattern which has been followed for PMS 2009, 2011 & 2014.
