hi! what is this SMC STRUCTURE? i googled it even then couldnt get any idea. google gives results about fee structure of various institutions. i would really appreciate if Azeem can guide me about it.

Headmistress Interview Preparation
1. Prepare Introduction properly.
2.M.A subject
3.Education especialy School Registers,SMC Structure and its function,Education law,leaves pension rules,PEEDA act,TA,DA Allowances,duties of HM ,drawbacks of Pak education system and suggestions for its improvement,Psycho,Administration,Mangement,Evaluation,Policies,Teaching methods,motivation and discipline.
4. Practice to Answer the Questions given in attachment.
5. If you are in job,then you should have to complete information about your department.
6. Prepare well Organogram of Punjab Govt. Education deptt.
7. Basic concepts of Islam.
8. Current Affair and General Knowledge.

SMC was establised in 1994 and renamed S.C School Council in 2000.
Chairperson: Head Teacher
Secretary: a teacher selected by Headmaster.
Members: 5parents
Members: 2 Retired Govt. Servents.
Member: Numberdar.

Roles and Responsibilities of School Council are under:
1. Monitor the attendance of staff.
2. Increase school enrolment and stop Drop out.
3. Assist the school Administration.
4. Utilitize school funds.
5. Prepare and supervise development works.

Interview related Some Important questions:
1. Interview Answers should include both forward looking scenarios and past experiences.
2. They use open ended questions that require more then Yes or No answer.
3. What do you consider main challenges for Headmistress.
4. Why do you think You can be a good HM.
5. As an administrator,whau do you see as your primary mission.
6. How do you resolve conflict between staff members.
7. What do you see as the major role of HM.
8. Upon what critiria would you base your assesmet of a teacher.
9. How will you maintain school discipline.
10. How have you organisd curriculum to meet state aims.
11. How have you been able to raise achehvments in classroom or school.
12. If school result is poor,how will you handle it.
13. Difference between environment,teaching methods of Class1 and Class10.

Im from chakwal n worked as sese ( m.sc biochemistry b.ed )
I hv paased headmistress writen exa n now im so confused due to following questions
1- what is the criteria fr selection I.e weightage of test interview and academic ?
2. Is it any role of refrence? ( mujhy pata chala ppsc mn rishwat b baghir job mushkil hy )
3. When cal leter will b uploaded ? And all 845 members are called for interview or not ?

1ans :50percntwritten marks + 40acadmc marks+100intrview marks
2ans:dont worry.. There is no role of any refernce, all vacancies will be filled on merit
3ans: intrview letters will be uploaded within 3, 4 days
and all 845 candidates will be called for intrview

Yes dear the marking is done according to a prescribed formula. The marks are awarded to each qualification on the basis of percentage of marks in each exam. After every 10%,. the awarding increased e.g. marks obtained are between 60 to 70% the marks can be 8 and between 70% to 80% the marks can be 9 or 10. Total marks for academic qualification is 40. Mean a person who has obtained 90 to 100% in all academic record, will get maximum 40 marks. Max 10 marks are allotted for higher qualification i.e. m.Phil/Ph.D. etc
