PPSC Apply on line option is not opening...

I want to apply for the post of District officer Civil Defence but Apply On line option is not opening from my side. Plz, tell me, what to do? My friend is facing the same difficulty.

I have issue when applying "The Date is Not in Proper Fromat. Enter Date like dd-mm-yyyy" each time that message generated even when I corrected provides the date. e.g
14-06-2003
How to resolved this issue .
Urgent reply needed.????
